High-Temp PEEK Pellets are a high-performance engineering plastic with the following properties:
High temperature resistance: PEEK glass transition temperature of up to 143 °C, melting point of 334 °C, can maintain mechanical properties and dimensional stability in high temperature environment, suitable for long-term work in 250°C or higher temperature environment, can withstand temperatures of up to 310°C in a short time.
Chemical corrosion resistance: PEEK has a good tolerance to most organic solvents, acids and alkalis, and only strong oxidizing substances such as concentrated sulfuric acid can affect it, making it widely used in chemical, aerospace and other fields.
Mechanical properties: PEEK has high strength and high hardness, while having good impact resistance and wear resistance, even under long-term load can maintain good mechanical properties.
Electrical properties: PEEK is an excellent electrical insulation material, with low dielectric constant and dielectric loss, and small changes in a wide range of temperature and frequency, suitable for electronic and electrical fields.
Biocompatibility: PEEK is widely used in the medical field because it is non-toxic, reacts little to human tissue and can be used to make implants.
Machinability: Despite the high melting temperature of PEEK, it can still be processed by injection molding, extrusion and molding through professional equipment.
Self-lubricity: PEEK can improve its lubrication performance by adding a solid lubricant, so that it can still maintain good operation under no lubrication or low lubrication conditions.
Radiation resistance: PEEK has good resistance to ultraviolet and gamma rays, and is not easy to degrade due to radiation.
Applications: PEEK is widely used in automotive, aerospace, medical equipment, electronic appliances, oil exploration and other high-end fields.
Injection molding: PEEK particles can be machined into various shapes by injection molding and are suitable for the manufacture of complex, precise and consistent parts
